During my recent stay at Hotel De Flore in Montmartre, I was pleasantly surprised by the blend of charm and comfort. The hotel is conveniently located just a five-minute stroll from the idyllic streets of Montmartre, making it an ideal base for exploring the local cafés and boutiques, including those featured in the film Amélie. The recently renovated double rooms were not only cozy but boasted double-glazed windows that ensured a peaceful escape from the bustling Parisian streets. Every morning, we enjoyed a delightful breakfast buffet featuring fresh French baguettes from an award-winning bakery, a highlight that resonated deeply with my culinary taste as a proud Française. The staff's kindness was genuinely heartening, ready with recommendations that enhanced our experience, from the best spots to sample local cheeses to hidden gems for wine tasting. With such a superb location and an attentive team, Hotel De Flore stands out as a wonderful retreat for couples like my husband and me, who appreciate the essence of Parisian culture and gastronomy. I look forward to returning to rediscover the magic of Montmartre!
